Lodging

After considering all lodging possibilities in the area, we recommend staying at the Thomas the Apostle Retreat Center (TAC) in Cody, Wyoming. It features shared rooms in three large houses. Its simply furnished shared rooms are $85/night, while most hotels in Cody cost more than $280/night during the summer tourist season. Click here to see tentative floorplans. More details coming soon! The workshop will provide basic bus transportation for the sessions.

Since many of our meetings will be at the retreat center, those who opt to stay off-site will have to consider their own transportation to the TAC.

Note from TAC: We are a fully vaccinated staff. In an attempt to keep guests’ quiet and work time from being interrupted, no telephones or televisions are available in the guest houses. Cellular phone service is readily available throughout the facilities and wireless internet service is available in all buildings.

Meals

Breakfast is provided for those staying at TAC. Lunch is provided by Heart Mountain on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. The rest are “on your own.”
