Sam Mihara was just 9 years old when he and his family were forcibly removed from their home and incarcerated at Heart Mountain. In the years since, he has dedicated himself to telling that story—at Heart Mountain and across the country—to ensure the injustices faced by over 125,000 Japanese Americans during WWII are never forgotten.
